Get Help While You Hold a Seat

Hold'em moves fast, so our help channels are built for the middle of a hand. Live chat is the first stop for anything tied to a specific table — quote the table name and hand number from your screen and the agent pulls the same record you are looking at. Wallet questions go the same way: if money sent through bKash, Nagad or Rocket has not reached your account wallet, send the transaction ID and we trace it from our side.

Table chat Reach live chat while the table is open. Send the table name and hand number so the agent can pull the same hand record you are looking at and check what happened.
Wallet and buy-in If money sent through bKash, Nagad or Rocket has not reached your account wallet, message us with the transaction ID. Seat buy-ins come out of that same wallet, so we check it first.
Access recovery Locked out mid-session? We verify your number, reset the login and confirm which device is signed in, so you are back at the felt without opening a second account.
FAIR PLAY CHECKS

Check How We Keep Hands Straight

A Hold'em table lives or dies on the shuffle and the record. Our tables run on decks from the dealing studio, and each studio publishes its own shuffle process — we name the studio on the table card rather than hiding it behind a logo. Every hand you play is written to your account, so you can open the history later and replay the streets. Multiplier values are on screen before the hand starts. RTP appears only where the game or provider exposes it, and we do not print a return figure a table cannot show you.

Named dealing studios Each table card shows the studio dealing the game. If you want to know who shuffles the deck before you post a blind, the answer is one tap from the lobby.
History you can reopen Every completed hand is saved to your account with the cards, the streets and the result. Open it from your profile on the same phone you played on.
Multiplier before the blind The Powerball panel is visible on the table screen before you sit. You see what is riding on the pot before any of your money goes in.
RTP only where published We do not quote a return figure for a table that does not publish one. Where the game or provider exposes RTP, it appears on the table card.

See How the Powerball Layer Plays Out

We stream our Powerball Texas Hold'em tables from a live dealer studio, and the studio name sits on every table card so you know who is dealing. Play follows standard Hold'em: you get two hole cards, the dealer lays the flop, turn and river, and betting runs between each street. The Powerball layer is the difference. A multiplier panel sits beside the

felt and shows what is riding on the pot. You choose the blind level that fits your wallet, not the other way round. RTP is shown only where the game or provider exposes it, and your hand history stays in your account after the table closes.

Learn the Words at the Table

Poker tables carry their own vocabulary, and a Powerball Texas Hold'em table adds one or two words on top of the usual set. Before you take a chair, it helps to know what the dealer means by a blind, a flop or a showdown — and what the multiplier panel is actually telling you.

What is a hole card?

One of the two private cards dealt face down to you at the start of a Hold'em hand. Only you and the dealer see them until the showdown.

What is the flop?

The first three community cards dealt face up on the table after the opening betting round. Everyone still in the hand can use them to build a five-card result.

What is the Powerball layer?

A multiplier element that sits beside the Hold'em pot. The current value appears on the table screen before you post a blind, and it is settled with the pot when the hand ends.

What is a blind?

A forced bet posted by the two seats left of the dealer button before any cards come out. Blinds start the pot and rotate around the table each hand.

What is a buy-in?

The amount you move from your account wallet to a table so you have chips in front of you. Load the wallet with bKash, Nagad or Rocket first, then move it.

What is the showdown?

The closing stage of a hand where the seats still in it reveal their hole cards and the strongest five-card hand takes the pot. The multiplier settles at that same point.

Ask Before You Take a Chair

These are the questions that come up before a first hand of Powerball Texas Hold'em — how the tables load on a phone, how a buy-in reaches the felt, and what happens if your signal drops halfway through a pot. Short answers below, and live chat covers the rest once you are seated.

Yes — the tables open in your phone browser, no download needed. Sign in, pick a blind level and the felt loads full width. Availability depends on local law and eligible regions.

Open your account wallet, choose bKash, Nagad or Rocket and send to the number shown on screen. Confirm with your PIN, then move the amount to the table as your buy-in.

No. Hole cards, the flop, turn and river, and the betting rounds all run as normal Hold'em. The Powerball panel rides on top of the pot rather than changing the cards.

Yes. The panel is on the table screen before you post a blind, so you can read the value and decide whether that blind level fits what you want to put in.

Sign back in on the same number and the table picks up where it left off. The hand already dealt stands as played, and the result lands in your hand history.

Live chat, with the table name and hand number ready. The agent opens the same hand record, checks the streets and the multiplier panel, and replies on that thread.
